KCB's History
The "Kloter Club Berdorf" is one of Luxembourg's climbing associations. It was founded by 4 Luxembourgish climbers in 1996. Its aim is neither to have the largest amount of active / passive members, nor to figure among the richest associations in Luxembourg.
The KCB gives its members the opportunity to be federated in Luxembourg's climbers federation FLERA, and by that way, to get access to the different climbing areas (indoor and outdoor).
The only natural climbing site in Luxembourg is in Berdorf's "Wanterbaach". KCB is the only local climbing club. As one can imagine, one of KCB's primary concerns is the preservation of that unique site, and the nature around, especially since the KCB is the only climbing association in Luxembourg that has no indoor wall at its disposal.
